EAD Vietnamese Restaurant

The wait staff was prompt and courteous. I tried the spring rolls and peanut sauce was served warm. The pho with brisket was delicious and hot. Vegetables were fresh with crispy bean spouts and spicy jalapeno slices. Very clean restaurant. Unfortunately, they do not have fountain drinks but have canned soft drinks. Great atmosphere for lunch, working lunch and dinner.

A hidden Gem! We usually have make the trek down to Bellaire for great Vietnamese food. We decided to try EAD and were richly rewarded. The lettuce wrapped egg rolls were equal or better than my usual place. The Pho broth was tasty and flavorful while the meat was lean and tender. I have a new favorite and have been back a second time in one week.

The dishes are very nice spin off of classic dishes and some signature dishes. Overall, the taste is very appealing & familiar to my girlfriend & I. Yes we are Vietnamese & are quite picky with Vietnamese food. One thing I like about this place is that it’s clean and welcoming. A lot of the older style Viet restaurants are dirty & do not look very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place for great Vietnamese food! Give them a try.

If you're in the woodlands area your choice of Vietnamese restaurants is very small. This one is probably the best, though the prices are higher than you'll find down in Houston and the portion sizes are smaller.This is to be expected since I'm sure there's a difference in the rent they pay. So if you're looking for a nice bowl of pho or some grilled Vietnamese food, it's worth the stop.

I love this place! The food tastes soooo good and it's very fresh. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is very clean.

Tucked in the far back corner of the Sam Moon shopping center is this little mom & pop gem called EAD (the initials of Mom's three children).Not the quickest or easiest location - I highly recommend circling the freeway block to get here. It just may be my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in the Woodlands.Their Vietnamese eggrolls were not the ordinary great eggrolls you typically find. So good. The pho had a great depth to the broth. And their eye of round in the pho to was like butter (insert Mike Myers character from SNL's Coffee Talk).We discovered a delicious drink... Salted soda lemonade! MUST have more please!Our waitress was so sweet and helpful. Service was nice and fast. Going back to try out their vermicelli next.

Excellent server elle. She provides the best service she understands my needs since I am allergic to lot of stuff .I feel really safe ordering food with her .

The service was great, the vermicelli noodle bowl was good, but the flat noodle with chicken was not good... lacked flavor, Chicken was overcooked. We might try it again and get something different but based on our meal today... I would not recommend. From the appetizer menu we tried spring rolls and Vietnamese egg rolls and both were fairly good.

Have been looking for a great Pho place close to home. This place hit it out of the park. Everything we had was fantastic!!

Looking for a Vietnamese restaurant?Real food! This place has amazing dishes that taste like they were made with love. Totally a hidden gem, so glad we stopped in.Everything was on point and had amazing flavor. Lots of attention to detail, very chill music, and BYOB with low cork fee.Plan to be back on the regular after you eat here.

I've never been to such a fancy and stuffy Vietnamese restaurant before. Everything was very okay, prices were a little high but given the venue it's understandable. A beautiful place! Food was good, service was all right. Parking is easy and location is easy. Just not huge for us because noodles shouldn't cost quite that much.

FAST service! If you don't have a lot of time during your lunch breakthey will sit you down get you your drinks be right back and take your order and food will be on your table in 10

First time to dine here. Tried a bowl of pho and beef vermicelli. Both were delicious. Glad we now have a great pho place so close to our home.

Friendly staff, clean restaurant, very tasty food. I tried the salty lemonade, I liked it, and it is uniquely different. Filet was very tender and the overall flair was Vietnamese, which was surprising yet wonderful. You think it's just another steak n eggs dish yet it's not like what you've tasted before, it's really different and very good! My daughter said the pho broth had a distinct flavor profile, not bland like we have found in other places. Good prices, great food.

It's the best pho in The Woodlands right now, hands down. Deep, rich, complex broth with perfect balance of spices. Quality beef, great taste. Had spring roll, BBQ chicken roll appetizer, both were excellent. The restaurant is stylish, immaculately clean, and the staff is very attentive. All that and completely reasonable prices. Wonderful experience, we'll be putting this in our go-to restaurant rotation.

Stopped in to get some Pho and loved it! Also tried the chicken spring rolls with peanut sauce instead of fish sauce-yummy! Restaurant was super clean and the wait staff was friendly. Food was served quickly! Highly recommend! I will be back!

Food and service was amazing. Price is a little steep though. $30 for my guy and I with one appetizer each. And I got hot Jasmine tea. It was really good. But next time we won't be getting anything but the pho.

We've gone to this place multiple times now and each time has been consistently good. Good food, good service, good ambiance. Super clean restaurant with the best pho I've ever had.

Update 6/3/19 since my initial review I’ve been going back weekly! I choose the Beef brisket well done P4 and it’s simply delicious! The flavor is 10/10Broth was flavorful! I got the chicken pho and it was delish! It was piping hot! Perfect!! Definitely coming back!

Amazing service every time and the food is incredibly delicious. Never too hot and never cold. Wait staff is incredible with great energy. I've never had a bad experience either eating there, or getting it to go. Highly recommend!

Very friendly greeting from staff! Excellent menu explanations as well as accoutrements specific to the establishment. Food arrived quickly, hot and delicious. We never felt rushed and will definitely return.

I'm a big fan of Vietnamese food and wanted to try this place. We placed a to go order ; we ordered a pho no meat $7.99 and the chicken stir fry $13.50 . The pho bowl was half empty , no lime , no sprouts and the chicken stir fry had 4 pieces of chicken. Overall , if you want a great pho please drive 20 minutes south to west Rd and 45, you will be glad you did.

Great way to spend a New Year’s day. My wife and I were both recovering from the stomach bug. We got a single order of the traditional Vietnamese roll. Then split the beef broth with chicken and veggies.... we were very pleased both in taste and it helped calm down her stomachs. The service was amazing and very friendly. They even gave us some sugar water to help sweeten up the chrysanthemum tea. Which is also highly recommended.

Nicely decorated and inviting place. The service was prompt and attentive but the best part was the food. I had some of the best pho that I've had on a long time. The broth was flavorful and served with a generous amount (for pho) of meats. My wife had the grilled shrimp with vermicelli and she loved it.

Very spacious pretty restaurant with a large menu. Food is fresh and child friendly.. The restaurant is not visible from the road as it is in the corner of the strip mall. Definitely worth visiting drive towards the Sam Moon luggage and gifts then you will see EAD. Lots of free parking. Looks small on the outside but once you enter the restaurant is very large

I have had lunch here 3 different times with coworkers and the food is EXCELLENT. The Krispy rice noodle pancake is to die for. Food is always very fresh and steaming hot when served. My new favorite place.

A terribly long wait for our food. It was good when it came out, but getting drinks was forever. We saw two people walk out while there just needing to be waited on. When we are in that area we will give it another shot, just because food was good, and was fairly new, but want to see improvements in service otherwise they won't stay in business. I wouldn't travel the 30 minutes it takes to this area just to eat there. Kinda my measurement for how well I like a place.

Food tasted great. We enjoyed it very much. Staff was attentive and pleasant. Preparation time was good. New built, clean and beautiful. Was a great experience. Would go again.
